That’s why each Leonard Cheshire home is unique, and provides the support that’s right for the people who live there. Personalised support helps to make sure everyone can live as independently as they choose.

Stenhouse is home for eight people with learning disabilities. You’ll find us in a peaceful residential area in the west of Edinburgh, close to a community centre, cinema and several restaurants. We’re also only a short bus ride from Edinburgh city centre.

Live here and you’ll be supported to be independent, healthy and active. There’s something for everyone and our great team of staff and volunteers run individual and group activities, including reflexology and music sessions. So whatever your interests, from keeping fit to being creative, there’s always something to get involved in.
