Maple House is a residential service near Crystal Palace in south east London. Maple House is home for five adults with learning disabilities who supported by a dedicated, experienced and compassionate team.
Close to the service there are beautiful parks, local shops, restaurants and a library. We offer high-quality person-centred care. Live here and you’ll be supported to be independent, healthy and active.

How to get here
We are in the peaceful suburb of Penge. There are many great bus routes and train links to take you into town, Crystal Palace Park or other neighbouring South London areas.
Plenty of bus routes can take you across south London (these include the 75,157. 197, 358 and 354). Train links are a breeze thanks to Anerley and Penge overground stations, providing wheelchair-accessible connections to Central London.
