Who we support

At Banstead Road, we are committed to creating a nurturing environment that balances independence with personalised support. Our residents enjoy a homely atmosphere where they can make choices about their daily lives and activities, fostering a sense of autonomy and self-worth. The service is designed to be a supportive space where each resident can thrive, with opportunities to engage in the wider community.

At Banstead Road, we specialise in supporting individuals with:

Autism: We create structured environments tailored to individual needs, reducing anxiety and promoting social engagement for residents with autism.

Learning Disabilities: Our person-centred approach helps residents with learning disabilities develop skills and independence at their own pace, with support in daily tasks and community involvement.

Epilepsy: Our team is trained to manage epilepsy, ensuring residents are safe and supported with proper medication management and care during seizures.

Mild Physical Disabilities: While the service is not fully accessible, we can support individuals with mild mobility issues, aiding where needed to ensure they can live independently.

I love living at Banstead Road because the staff are lovely and they really look after me. I‘ve also got a lovely bedroom which I can decorate how I want.
